Stan Pajak was elected as Wroughton Parish Councillor in May 2026
Stan was born in Swindon and has lived there all his life. He is married to Dawn and they have four children.
He was first elected in 1985 as a Wiltshire County Councillor when the Liberals together with the SDP took control. In 2002 he became mayor of Swindon.
After retiring, he works with the Prospect hospice as a volunteer at their Media shop. He enjoys running and last year ran the Swindon Half Marathon raising funds for the Prospect.
Stan is dedicated to the people of Wroughton and Wichelstowe and will work hard to improve the lives of local people.
