Parvis is a long-time resident and dedicated campaigner, now standing for election to Wiltshire Council.
A former parish councillor in Datchet, he moved to Wiltshire nine years ago. As a chartered accountant and management consultant, he advised businesses and financial institutions on regulations and development. Now retired, he serves as a director of Wessex Archaeology and a trustee of Wiltshire Citizens Advice.
The Conservative-led council has failed our communities—slashing services, neglecting roads, and leaving residents behind. The Liberal Democrats are fighting to end Tory mismanagement and protect our local services from further decline.
